Simply Dreams 100-Day Sleep Trial

At Simply Dreams, we believe that finding the perfect mattress should be a stress-free experience. That's why we offer a 100-day sleep trial on all our mattresses. This trial period allows you to fully experience the comfort and support of your new mattress in your own home. If you find that the mattress firmness isn’t quite right, we offer options to adjust it to your liking.

Mattress Core Exchange:

● First Exchange: During the first 100 days, if you find that your mattress is too firm or too soft, you can request a free mattress core exchange to better match your comfort preference. We recommend that you try the mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust before initiating the exchange.

● Second Exchange: If the mattress still doesn’t feel right after the first exchange, we can facilitate a second core exchange. However, a nominal fee of S$150 will be charged to cover third-party transport costs.

● Timing: The timing of the exchange would depend on the availability of the cores.

● Exclusions: This 100-day trial and core exchange service do not apply to custom- made mattresses or bedding accessories.

What Happens to Returned Latex Cores?

At Simply Dreams, your peace of mind matters. One of the most common questions we get during our 100-night sleep trial is:

“What happens to the latex cores that customers exchange or return? Will I be getting a used one?”

We want to be completely transparent:
Every Simply Dreams mattress is built using brand-new, unused organic latex cores. We never reuse or resell returned cores in new mattresses — ever.

So what do we do with returned cores? We store them carefully and plan for responsible re-use in line with our commitment to sustainability:

● Sell as Outlet or Pre-loved Options — clearly labelled and offered at special pricing for customers who are happy with gently used items.

● Repurposing — exploring ways to upcycle them into cushions, pet beds, or other useful items.

● Donation — preparing to partner with charities, homes, or shelters where comfort is needed most.
