At Simply Dreams, we stand by the quality and durability of our latex mattresses. Our 10-Year Limited Warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects and material quality issues, ensuring you enjoy long-lasting comfort and support.

 

What’s Covered

 

Latex Core – 10-Year Warranty

  • Indentations greater than 2.5 cm that are not caused by an improper foundation.

  • Physical flaws in the latex, such as splitting or cracking, despite proper use and handling.

 

Mattress Cover – 1-Year Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects in the Tencel cover, including seams unraveling or fabric tearing.


What’s Not Covered

  • Comfort Preferences: Changes in firmness, feel, or personal comfort preferences over time.

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Softening of latex over time, minor indentations less than 2.5 cm.

  • Improper Use: Damage caused by using the mattress on an unsupportive or inappropriate base.

  • Stains, Spills, or Liquid Damage: Any damage resulting from exposure to moisture or improper care.

Natural Latex Pillows – 3-Year Limited Warranty

Our latex pillows are covered for:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use

Pillow Cover – 1-Year Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects in the Tencel cover, including seams unraveling or fabric tearing.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear or changes in softness

  • Improper care (e.g., machine washing, excessive force)

  • Yellowing from natural latex aging

  • Mould, odours, or discolouration due to spills or poor ventilation

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect use

  • Personal comfort preferences or allergies

  • Items sold as-is, samples, giveaways, or second-hand products

Conditions for Warranty Claims

  • The mattress must be placed on a supportive base that allows for proper air circulation.

  • Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase through our official channels.

  • Our team will review each claim to determine eligibility under the warranty terms.


Replacement & Repairs

  • If a defect is covered, Simply Dreams will repair or replace the mattress/pillow at no cost to the customer.

  • If the model is discontinued, a comparable replacement will be provided.

  • The customer may be responsible for transportation or handling costs related to returns.

Customer Responsibility

  • Routine Maintenance: Rotate and flip (where applicable) to ensure even wear.

  • Use a Mattress Protector: To prevent stains and maintain hygiene.
