Eligibility for Return or Exchange
  1. Defective Items:
    • If your bedding product is found to be defective, we will gladly offer an exchange.
  2. Incorrect Measurements:
    • If the item does not fit due to incorrect measurements and we are unable to provide an alternative size, a return will be accepted.

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange, even if unused:

  • Mattress Protectors

  • Duvets

This policy ensures that all customers receive brand-new, uncontaminated products. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchase. Our team is happy to assist with any product questions prior to checkout.

Timeframe
  • All requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Description of the item(s) in question
    • Reason for return or exchange
Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and come with their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the return or exchange.
