Dr. Julian Lim – Lead Sleep Psychologist

  • PhD in Clinical Psychology (University of Pennsylvania, 2010)

  • Over 20 years of psychological research experience

  • Former Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS and NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine

  • Pioneered mindfulness-based treatments for sleep in Singapore

  • Author of 40+ peer-reviewed publications, editorial board member of Mindfulness, and Adjunct Professor at NUS’s Centre for Sleep and Cognition


Eric Lim – Certified MBSR Teacher & Co-Founder

  • Second Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher in Singapore (trained at Brown University School of Public Health)

  • Former lead of curriculum development and research at Brahm Centre (2014–2023)

  • Has taught mindfulness and stress reduction to over 10,000 individuals across sectors including education, government, and social services

  • Recipient of the AWWA Young Model Caregiver (Merit) Award and a Ministry of Health fellowship



John Yu – Clinical Sleep Psychologist

  • Master of Psychology (Clinical), James Cook University Singapore

  • Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society

  • Experienced researcher, trainer, and youth workshop facilitator

  • Employs evidence-based approaches, with a notable interest in the impact of digital habits on sleep and behavioural strategies for bedtime procrastination
